Help the Band

	The Sonoma Hometown Band has continuing expenses that are becoming harder to meet. Over the years we have participated in the now defunct Salute to the Arts held in the Sonoma Plaza in mid Summer. That was a major fundraiser for us. We manned the ice and water services for the food and wine venders in return for a share of the ticket sales. We were able to earn most of our operating expenses through this wonderful event. Sadly, times have changed and the City of Sonoma has restricted the use of the full plaza for events like this. This reduced the number of participants that could be scheduled. Also, competing events tended to reduce the foot traffic as well. For the last several years Infineon Raceway has graciously donated tickets for major events at the track and this has helped a great deal. Still we are falling short of the needs of the band. We are exploring other ways to do fund raising. Please look through the flyer below to see what appeals to you. Thankyou for any support you can provide.
